Week 5: January 29-February 4, 2011

I'm a little behind in posting this week....we've had company and both boys have been sick.  Yay to the family in town, BOO to the sickies.

Here is our week in photos....

The Brophy Men's Choir....Group #1
We spent all day at the music festival...this was group 1 of 4.

Our Home....courtesy of Google Maps. I don't think I'll ever get over how cool it is we are able to do this :-)

We received a package from my Mum...FULL of styrofoam peanuts.  I let the boys "Let it Snow" in the living room.  They had SO. MUCH. STINKIN. FUN. It made a huge mess....and took 45 minutes and 4 vacuum bags to suck it all up.  But it was 100% worth it.  I can only imagine what they'll do with the "real" stuff!

With the Hubs gone all week, I was doing double duty on the parenting front.  Jim is usually the one giving the horsey rides but tonight it was all me.

This photo is so precious to me.  AJ is reading to my Aunt Marion.  She came down to visit this week.  She's been the relative I've had the most contact with and been closest to.  I went to visit her when I was 15, she helped me move into university, let me stay with her countless times for Thanksgiving, Easter, and whenever I wanted/needed to.  I admire and look up to her so much.  She is also JT's God Mother.
We wish we could've had her stay longer but look forward to seeing her again this summer!

My almost 3 year old teaching Grandpa how to use the iPhone.  He still doesn't get it ;-)

Friday, Feb. 4, 2011
We spent the morning at the Children's Museum.  Best. Place. Ever.
JT is so much more daring than AJ was at this age....he just kept flying down this slide.
He was so excited that he couldn't contain his laughter...neither could we!
Too bad the kid spent the rest of the night throwing up :-(

So, that sums it up.  Hope you all had a great week!
